JULY 28, 2020 VIRTUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE RUNNYMEADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The monthly Board of Directors Meeting of the Runnymeade Homeowners Association (RHOA) for the month of July 2020 will be a virtual Board meeting, as provided by the Virginia General Assembly to enable boards such as Runnymeade’s to comply with the Governor’s Orders during the state of emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and to conduct business.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 28, and will commence promptly at 7:00 pm. There will be no physical meeting location. The Board will be meeting by conference call via Zoom, and participants will be able to join the meeting by telephone and/or online. Homeowners are welcome to “attend” the meeting and invited to participate in the Open Forum during the time allotted for that purpose. Details for participation in the meeting are as follows:
